• You are responsible for ensuring content does not violate copyright, contains harmful or illegal material, or includes personal information of others without consent.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Posting harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Violating intellectual property rights.
• Accessing the Service to collect data unlawfully.
• Interfering with the proper operation of the Service.

5. Payment & Refunds

• All payments for courses or services are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• We do not store your card or UPI details.
• Refund policies are described separately and users must follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or engage in harmful activities.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on SikshaShare (except user content) is owned by SikshaShare or its licensors.
• Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
• SikshaShare is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss from using the Service.
